Kent County Canine Association

Established 1943

Kent County Canine Association was established in 1943 from what had been an obedience training group in Maidstone. The Club has hosted two general open shows in the town for many years and now uses the hall and outside rings at Lockmeadow Market with its generous parking facility and excellent cafe.

The shows are held in February or early March and in August.  Entries can also be taken online at

The club boast three sections: the obedience club is still going strong, meeting on a Friday evening and has been joined over the years by the Maidstone ringcraft which meets on a Thursday evening:  both are held in Barming Village Hall.  Another branch ringcraft is at Ashford which is held at Mersham Village Hall, also on a Thursday evening. For further details of all do refer to their pages on this site and our contacts page.
